Back 2 School 2016

We started back up with school about a month ago. Kelsey is at a Pre-K and Kindergarten level and Delaney 3rd grade. Delaney is working on learning cursive and Kelsey sounding out and writing her letters. Delaney loves reading her Charlie and the Chocolate Factory book and Kelsey is a pro at her mazes book. We are also learning about the world, one continent and country at a time.

The girls started American Heritage Girls together. This group is Christian based and encourages family involvement in every way possible. They meet twice a month for an hour and half. I am looking forward to all of the activities we will participate in through this wonderful program.

Every Thursday both girls are participating in a play/musical at a local church. They practice for a couple months then have a performance for family and friends in December.

Kelsey is loving karate. She goes twice a week. She recently tested for her white belt with double orange stripe. She is so fast and strong...

Delaney has been doing gymnastics for a while now. She was just asked to move up to "pre-team". This will put her at the gym 4 hours a week! She said she's ready and excited. Delaney also recently started a volleyball clinic. It is every Saturday for an hour, for seven weeks. She seems to really enjoy it and hopefully it will give her some confidence with the sport.

Everyone is happy, healthy and BUSY. Life is good!!!
