Kelsey is 16 months!!

Little Miss Kelsey is 16 months old. She is SO spunky and full of personality. We love her SO MUCH!!

•  Little peanut is 21lbs, 13oz (53%) and 30.75"(43%)
• This girl is serious about eating!!! I am pretty sure she eats WAY more than most kids her age. Some of her favorites are: waffles, scrambled eggs, mac n cheese, yogurt, cheese, applesauce packets, fig bars, animal crackers, bananas, grapes, strawberries, avocado, sweet potatoes, sometimes peas and broccoli.
• She can run and is FAST! 
• Loves water. Drinks it all day long.
• Teeth: 4 top front with both canines and both molars breaking through the gum, 4 bottom front
• Kelsey is starting to talk. Mommy, Daddy and Laney where the three words she said regularly up until about 15 months. Next it was gamma (Grandma), Elmo, apple, bye and bye-bye, bath, doggy and daddy sound similar, hessa (Jessa). We try to get her to repeat words everyday.
• She loves her big sister, to be outside, jump in the bounce house and bath time.
• Toys she's into right now are reading books, playing with Delaney's talking pen books, using her vacuum, playing in the toy kitchen and the jumbo legos.
• Recently she started shaking her head "no". She does it at the right time so we know she knows what she is doing.
• Kelsey comforted by her sleep blankets. I call them sleep blankets because I'd really prefer she only sleep with them, but if she sees them, she'll carry them around with her. I also discovered a while ago that if she has one in the car with her, she is MUCH happier. 
• Takes 2 short naps. Morning and early afternoon. I think that it will be changing soon though. She hasn't been sleeping much, if at all that first nap. Sleeps 12-12.5 hours at night. She is usually in bed by 6pm and is happy to be there. She falls asleep by 6:30-6:45pm.
