Mark has been REALLY good about working out the past month, I on the other hand, am doing my best =) Delaney will come up to the gate while one of us is in the workout room and say "exercise" and wave hi. When she hears the elliptical stop, she will run to the doorway (if she is not already there) and clap and say "yeah". It is so cute!!! The other day while I did some "butt stuff" she stood at the gate and watched and then joined me. She then wanted my gloves and was so excited to be like Mommy. Not many 1 1/2 year olds know what an elliptical is and can tell you that you are eating salad =)
